Delivery within Sweden

Kali Brands currently delivers only to addresses within Sweden.

Shipping method and cost

We ship with PostNord using tracked home delivery.

Shipping costs SEK 49 per order, including applicable VAT. The shipping charge and total order amount are displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 3–8 days.

Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate.

Tracking your order

We provide a tracking number after dispatch so you can follow your shipment through PostNord.

Delivery details

Please check that your delivery address, email address and mobile number are correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will try to update your details before dispatch.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your shipment is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of any damage to the product and packaging can help us investigate.

Kali Brands is responsible for the goods during delivery until you, or a person you designate, receives them when using the delivery service we offer.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding delayed delivery, missing goods or defective products.
